  • What is STE(A)M Toy?

    STEM is an acronym that stands for science, technology, engineering, and math. STEM education emphasizes an interdisciplinary approach to learning these subjects and combines rigorous academic concepts with real-life lessons to allow students to explore and apply science, technology, engineering, and mathematics in contexts that make sense to them.

    The “A” in STEAM stands for “arts” and represents the artistic, creative side of the brain. It emphasizes the importance of tapping into creative and imaginative skills to release the power of innovation, which is critical to successful pursuit of science, technology, engineering, and math.

  • Why to buy STEAM Toys?

    Parents know STEM/STEAM skills are key to their child’s success and overwhelmingly want their child to end up in a STEM career. The majority acknowledge that toys are the primary way to encourage these skill sets. The major obstacles to these efforts are their kids’ appetite for screen time and parents’ own anxiety that they won’t be able to help their child connect to these increasingly crucial concepts.

  • How do I know my order has been confirmed?

    After checking out during the payment process, you will get a confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully. You will also get a mail in your registered email id, along with an SMS to your registered mobile number confirming the order.

  • What's the minimum order value required to place an order?

    To place an order, a minimum order value of Rs. 249 or more is required (Excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer).

  • How do I check my order status?

    We will ship your package within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will also mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment to your registered email address. You will receive an SMS about the same. In case you do not receive an email from us within 24 hours of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company. Alternatively, you can check the same in Profile page, where Track Shipment option gives you the current status of your order being shipped.

  • What if an item is out of stock?

    We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply. We will notify you at the time of check out if the item selected is not in stock. In the rare circumstance where the order has been accepted and due to some reasons we are not able to ship, we will notify you within 24 hours and the money will be returned to you in the same mode by which the payment was made within 7 working days. Some items (which are restocked regularly) and is temporarily out of stock may appear on display with an out of stock tag. You can use the Notify Me option and we will inform you once the product is replenished and available for sale.

  • Why is my returned product re-shipped?

    This may have happen, if the item you have returned is used, damaged or original tags or MRP tags are missing. For more details, please call our customer care or write to us at support@minileaves.com.

  • Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?

    We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.

  • Is it mandatory to register before placing an order?

    Yes, to place an order you need register by providing mobile number and email Id. You can provide details of shipping address so that we can deliver the product on time. Mobile number and email id will be used to send OTPs, product status and other promotional offers.

  • What is Mini Leaves’ E-mail verification policy?

    We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, we have noticed that few accounts abuse our liberal policies. Therefore, please ensure that the details you provide us are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided while registering. We verify the email addresses to ensure important communication about orders and shipments are reaching our customers. Email addresses that have an invalid domain, no mail server, or no mail box, fail the verification processes set by Minileaves and we reserves the right to disable any cash on delivery option for orders placed from such accounts that fail the email verification process.

  • How are the products packaged?

    Each of the individual products are securely packaged in bubble wrap and put into a box. The box is sealed well ensuring a safe delivery to your doorstep.

  • Do you'll deliver products outside India?

    We do not ship products outside India but the site is accessible to all and we do take orders from around the world provided the shipping address is in India.

  • What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?

    Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

  • Is it safe to use my Credit Card Online at Minileaves.com?

    We accept VISA, MASTER and AMERICAN EXPRESS Credit Cards issued in India and we accept Debit cards of all banks issued in India. All your transactions online are protected & secured by SSL (secure socket layer) technology from GoDaddy.com. It encrypts your card and relevant information during the entire transaction process. This encryption makes your shopping experience safe and secure.

  • What should I do if my payment fails?

    Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, if available on the payment page to place your order. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.
